FP&A Manager

What will the FP&A Manager role involve? 

• Overseeing daily operations to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency, aligning with the company’s strategic goals
• Leading and coaching teams to meet performance targets, foster teamwork, and drive continuous improvement
• Developing and implementing business plans that support growth ambitions and enhance overall business performance
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and customers to strengthen market position
• Analysing financial and operational data to identify opportunities, optimise processes, and support decision-making

• Candidates for this role will ideally be ACA,CIMA or ACCA qualified 
  
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a medium/large business and fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of business operations, financial processes, and performance metrics
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach and a drive for delivering results
