Description
- Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business planning and forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with different departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Assist in budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
- Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and presentations.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data to relevant stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of financial models and tools.
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
A successful FP&A Analyst should have:
- A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally with 3+ years experience within an analytical role.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, planning, and reporting tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- The ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate financial insights effectively.
- A professional qualification in accounting or finance would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
