Description

• Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business planning and forecasting activities.
• Collaborate with different departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Assist in budgeting processes and ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Monitor key financial metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and presentations.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

• A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally with 3+ years experience within an analytical role.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, planning, and reporting tools.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• The ability to work collaboratively across departments and communicate financial insights effectively.
• A professional qualification in accounting or finance would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
