Working closely with operational leaders and cross-functional teams, this role will drive financial insight, planning, performance improvement, cost control, inventory management and operational decision-making across the manufacturing environment. Your new role Manufacturing Performance & Business Partnering Partner with operational leadership teams to support performance reviews, forecasting, action planning and business decision-making. Provide financial insight into manufacturing performance, operational costs, inventory levels, backlog, risks and opportunities. Support monthly performance reviews, explaining variances and recommending corrective actions. Develop and maintain operational scorecards and KPI reporting. Support transformation and continuous improvement initiatives through financial analysis and benefits tracking.
