FPandA Manager

to join their rapidly growing finance team for the financial services consultancy arm of the company. This is an exceptional opportunity to work alongside senior leadership in a business that values excellence and invests in its people.

The RoleAs

FPandA Manager , you''ll be instrumental in driving financial performance across the business. Working closely with department heads, you''ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting while providing strategic insights that shape business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

Partner with department heads on financial planning and analysis

Produce monthly management reports and actionable insights

Support business growth through data-driven financial analysis

Develop advanced reporting capabilities using Tableau and Excel

Qualifications

Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)

Strong FPandA experience in professional services, financial services or consultancy arena

Advanced Excel skills with financial modelling expertise

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Experience with reporting and planning analytics tools (eg PowerBI and Tableau preferred)
