Foundry OperativeSouth Molton Earlies and Lates Temporary to Permanent OnsiteIntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting Foundry Operatives for a well-established and busy manufacturing client in South Molton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure full-time work with a clear path to permanent employment.Working PatternHours: 6am - 6pm (rotating shifts 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm)Key DutiesKnock out moulds to remove shells post casting operation.Water blast moulds to remove residual shell for band saw operations.Cut castings using semi-automatic and manual band saws.Trim casting gates and remove surplus shell/metal.Dry blast components for a uniform matte finish.Remove hot moulds to support casting processes.Pack and identify castings for subcontract processes.Follow strict health and safety procedures and identify hazards.Work safely and collaboratively with team members.Assist team members with daily tasks as needed.RequirementsProven experience maintaining safe working practices in challenging environments.Ability to follow job card routines and set procedures.Ability to interpret routing cards to meet specified standards.Ability to identify defects and perform quality checks.What We OfferTemporary to permanent role with full-time hours.Structured shift patterns (Earlies and Lates).Onsite work with supportive team environment.Interested?Apply today or contact the Acorn by Synergie Barnstaple Team for more information.Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the ..... full job details .....
