This is an excellent opportunity to secure full-time work with a clear path to permanent employment. Working Pattern Hours: 6am - 6pm (rotating shifts 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm) Key Duties Knock out moulds to remove shells post casting operation. Water blast moulds to remove residual shell for band saw operations. Cut castings using semi-automatic and manual band saws. Trim casting gates and remove surplus shell/metal. Dry blast components for a uniform matte finish. Remove hot moulds to support casting processes. Pack and identify castings for subcontract processes. Follow strict health and safety procedures and identify hazards. Work safely and collaboratively with team members. Assist team members with daily tasks as needed.
