NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable fostering agencies in the W. Yorkshire area in order to help them find a Fostering Team Manager for their team.
This is a full-time role, on a permanent contract with benefits and career development. The role is remote working, you have flexibility to work from home, and attend the office when needed.
The Fostering Team Manager is responsible for management of a small team of supervising social workers and ensure all aspects of the fostering service are compliant with legislation and it is operating to the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities of the Fostering Team Manager:
- management of SSWs
- direct responsibility of the service delivery in Yorkshire region
- develop and deliver the agency''s fostering service
Requirements:
Must have in-depth knowledge of National Minimum standards and fostering regulations
Must be a registered qualified social worker
Fostering experience is a must and management experience is preferred
