Fostering Team Manager

A specialist therapeutic independent fostering agency are looking for a team manager for their fostering service that covers Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire. This is a permanent and full-time position that is hybrid working. You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and have the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship available) About the team This independent fostering agency is well known for working with a therapeutic approach. They have several regionally based teams across the UK but this service is based in South Yorkshire. About the job Supporting and managing social workersContributing to foster carer retention and recruitment strategiesQuality assuranceUpkeeping all relevant compliance and reportsBusiness developmentWorking with/deputising for service manager About you The successful candidate will have a social work degree with post qualification experience in Children''s Social Work which must include fostering to at least a senior social worker level whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant fostering legislation.
