Supervising Social Worker | Fostering Team | Buckinghamshire | -38 per Hour
Caritas Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Supervising Social Worker to join Buckinghamshire''s Fostering Service.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive fostering team, providing guidance, supervision and support to foster carers while helping to achieve the best possible outcomes for children in care.


Key Responsibilities:

• Provide supervision, support and development to foster carers.
• Undertake annual reviews, risk assessments and fostering-related visits.
• Support carers to meet the needs of children and young people in placement.
• Work collaboratively with children''s social workers and partner agencies.
• Contribute to foster carer recruitment, training and retention activities.
• Ensure safeguarding concerns are appropriately managed and addressed.

Requirements:

• Social Work England Registration.
• Experience within Fostering, Children''s Safeguarding or Looked After Children''s Services.
• Knowledge of fostering regulations, standards and legislation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
