Supported by an experienced team of Principal Social Workers, Social Workers, and Support Workers, you will drive practice excellence and ensure care-experienced children and young people are safe, protected, and achieving positive outcomes.Key RequirementsQualification: Professional Social Work qualification (BSc, MA, DipSW or equivalent).Registration: Current active registration with Social Care Wales.Management Experience: Significant post-qualifying management experience demonstrating the leadership skills needed to run a complex statutory fostering service.Fostering Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of statutory fostering duties, SGOs, Connected ..... full job details .....
