Fostering Recruitment Supervisor Location: Hybrid/ Home based with some travel for meetingsContract: PermanentHours: Full-time (flexibility required)Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) About the Role We are looking for a Fostering Recruitment Supervisor to lead and support our Recruitment Assistants and play a pivotal role in guiding prospective foster carers through the early stages of their journey. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you will oversee enquiry management, ensure high standards of customer experience, and maximise the conversion of enquiries into initial visits. Working closely with the Head of Recruitment, Assessment Managers, and Marketing colleagues, you will help ensure our fostering recruitment process is effective, responsive, and values-led. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day supervision, guidance, and support to Recruitment AssistantsMonitor workloads, performance, and service standards, offering feedback and coaching where neededEnsure fostering enquiries are managed promptly and within agreed timescalesOversee enquiry progression from first contact through to screening and initial visitsMonitor booking systems, callbacks, and outstanding actionsMaintain accurate recruitment records and ensure consistent use of systemsWork closely with Marketing to track and respond to lead enquiriesContribute to recruitment KPI monitoring and reporting on a weekly and monthly basisSupport continuous improvement of recruitment processes and ..... full job details .....
