To create a nurturing environment for foster families and recruit new carers through community outreach!Key Responsibilities:Support Foster Carers:- Maintain regular contact with Hub Home Carers and Pod Pals.- Monitor engagement and promote well-being among carers. Coordination and Communication:- Act as a vital link between fostering teams and social workers.- Share updates and produce monthly performance reports. Activities and Events:- Organise meetings, training sessions, and fun group activities.- Manage logistics for events like bookings and transport. Recruitment and Outreach:- Promote fostering within the community by building relationships with schools, faith groups, and local organisations.- Attend events and support marketing initiatives.
