Foster Carers Northern Ireland About Us Action for Children is a charity dedicated to the welfare of children and young people across the UK. We''re here to support and protect, providing practical help and emotional support where we are needed. We aim to help as soon as possible, spotting problems and taking action early, supporting children to grow up healthy and happy. We advocate, listening to what children say and campaigning on their behalf. In Northern Ireland, we provide more than 20 services to help children and young people thrive. In the last year alone, we''ve reached nearly 16,000 children, young people and their families, ensuring they don''t reach crisis point through early help and support. We are now looking for Foster Carers across Northern Ireland to support children and young people who need homes and support.
