This is a hands-on role for an engineer who can rapidly turn ideas into working software, helping prove where AI can deliver real value across a complex enterprise environment.What You''ll Be DoingRapidly prototype, build and validate new AI-driven solutions, taking concepts from idea to working demo in days.Develop components using LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and modern agent frameworks.Work closely with architects, product leaders and engineers to de-risk emerging technologies and shape future solutions.Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate delivery and experimentation.Integrate solutions with existing platforms built on C#/.NET, Angular and Python.What We''re Looking ForStrong software engineering experience with C#/.NET Core, Angular/TypeScript and Python.Practical experience working with AI technologies including LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks and prompt engineering.A track record of rapidly building prototypes, MVPs and proof-of-concepts.Experience within insurance, reinsurance, risk analytics or financial services environments.Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub and Agile delivery practices.DesirableExperience taking AI solutions into production ..... full job details .....
