Forest School Teacher (Part-Time - 5 Mornings per Week)Location: Kinson, BournemouthStart Date: After the Easter Half TermWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Forest School Teacher to lead and deliver an engaging outdoor learning programme at one of our welcoming mainstream schools in Kinson, Bournemouth.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about child-led learning, outdoor education, and nurturing confidence, resilience, and curiosity in young learners.The RoleYou will be responsible for planning, leading, and delivering high-quality Forest School sessions across five mornings each week. Working with primary-aged children, you will create a safe, inspiring, and inclusive outdoor environment that supports holistic development through hands-on experiences in nature.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging Forest School sessions in line with Forest School principlesFoster a safe and supportive outdoor learning environmentEncourage exploration, creativity, and independence in childrenCarry out risk assessments and ensure health and safety procedures are followedBuild positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school communityMaintain and manage outdoor equipment and resourcesAbout YouLevel 3 Forest School qualification (or equivalent)Experience working with primary-aged children in an educational settingStrong understanding of safeguarding and child protectionConfident in outdoor risk management and site ..... full job details .....
