Formwork Carpenter (Plymouth) Fulltime An opportunity to work on our MOD project in Plymouth, delivering major redevelopment works over the coming years. PAYE basis Competitive rate depending on experience/qualifications Paid Holidays: 30 days per year (including bank holidays) Must Have: CSCS Blue Skilled Worker Card Level 2 NVQ Formwork or Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Formwork Safety Critical Medical Previous experience as a Formwork Carpenter on major construction or infrastructure projects Experience with reinforced concrete structures and system formwork Good understanding of Health and Safety procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and proactive approach to work Must be eligible for BPSS Security Clearance Candidates must hold a passport from a NATO or MISWG member country and have resided in the UK for the past 5 years This role is site based - Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities: Construct, erect and dismantle formwork systems in accordance with project drawings Install and maintain timber and proprietary formwork for reinforced concrete structures Ensure all formwork is accurately aligned and securely fixed before concrete placement Work closely with engineers, supervisors and concrete gangs to achieve programme targets Inspect completed formwork to ensure compliance with quality standards Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental procedures Support the successful delivery of major ..... full job details .....
