💰 £29,500 (Day Shifts) | £39,500 (Night Shift after 6 months)
🕒 Monday to Friday | Rotating Shifts

Join a growing team in Brislington as a Production Operative / Forklift Driver! This is a full-time, long-term role with excellent pay progression and opportunities for development.

The Role:

• Safely moving gas canisters around the yard and production areas
  
  
• Operating a counterbalance forklift truck
  
  
• Supporting team members with production tasks
  
  
• Manual handling of heavy equipment and materials
  
  
• Adhering to health & safety procedures at all times
  
  

Shift Pattern:

• Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
  
  
• Week 2: 14:00 – 22:00
  
  
• After 6 months: Move to permanent night shift – 22:00 – 06:00
  
  

Salary:

• £29,500 per year while on day shifts (rotating early/late)
  
  
• Increases to £39,500 per year upon moving to the night shift after 6 months
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB or equivalent)
  
  
• Previous experience in an industrial, production, or yard environment
  
  
• Comfortable with physically demanding, manual handling work
  
  
• Team player with a strong work ethic and safety-first mindset
  
  
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts and transition to nights long-term
