We''re looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Supervisor to join a busy timber merchant in Swindon.

Role:

• Lead and motivate a small team of 4

• Oversee picking, checking orders andamp; loading trucks

• Hands-on role, operating Counterbalance forklift

Shift:

• Monday to Friday, 10:30 - 19:30

Requirements:

• Counterbalance forklift licence andamp; strong supervisory experience

• Knowledge of warehouse operations (ideally timber/merchant sector)

• Reliable, safety-focused and a team player
