Forklift Truck (FLT) Operative Edinburgh Grant Westfield, the company behind the UK s best-selling brand of waterproof wall panels, Multipanel and Naturepanel, is looking for FLT Operators to join their team in the heart of Edinburgh, to undertake a variety of loading and unloading tasks in support of the overall production and dispatch operation, ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Key responsibilities: To undertake a variety of tasks in support of the overall production and dispatch operation, ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Operating a FLT to move stock around. Loading and unloading vehicles, Storage racking and process equipment. Picking and packing finished goods and raw materials. Carrying out product quality inspections. Checking stock for damaged or missing items. Maintaining an accurate record of stock and carrying out stock counts, as required. Finishing products to a consistently high standard. Monitoring the production process and carrying out basic testing and quality tests. Reporting equipment faults to maintenance staff.
