Forklift Truck Driver (CB FLT)

Pertemps Recruitment-is currently seeking Forklift Drivers on behalf of our client based in Lincoln. We have exciting opportunities for skilled and reliable Forklift Drivers to join their team, working on vehicle loading/unloading and general yard operations.

This position is full time, with weekly overtime paid at -20.62ph and running until October/November.

What will I be doing?

• Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
• Loading and unloading vehicles with precision and care.
• Performing general forklift duties around the yard, including moving and organising materials.
• Conducting routine checks on forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Maintaining accurate records of goods moved and stored.
• Keeping the yard clean, organised, and safe.
• Collaborating with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines.

What skills and experience do I need?

• Valid forklift licence (Counterbalance)
• Previous experience as a forklift driver is essential.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and workloads.

What hours will I be working?

• Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 18:00
• Occasional Saturday mornings.

What will I be paid?

• Standard Rate: -13.75 per hour.
• Overtime Rate(after 40 hours per week): -20.62 per hour.
