Forklift Operator

Right Now Group are currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Operatives to join our client''s busy operation based near Heathrow. These are exciting permanent opportunities for experienced warehouse professionals looking to build a long-term career within the aviation and freight logistics industry. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced aviation warehouse environment, where you will be responsible for the safe and efficient handling, movement, loading and unloading of freight. The successful candidates will play an important role in maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring cargo is handled securely and supporting the smooth running of the warehouse. Key Responsibilities of a Forklift Operative Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently in line with company procedures and Health and Safety requirements. Load and unload freight accurately and safely, ensuring goods are handled with care throughout the process. Move, position and store aviation cargo within the warehouse in accordance with operational requirements. Handle, check and inspect incoming and outgoing freight, ensuring quantities, condition and relevant documentation are correct. Support the day-to-day warehouse operation, assisting with the movement and processing of freight to meet operational deadlines. Operate X-ray equipment following successful completion of the required training and company procedures.
