Forklift Operator (Counterbalance & Bendi) - Temp to Perm

Major Recruitment is looking for experienced Forklift Operators to join the Wolverhampton distribution team. These are Temp-to-Perm positions for candidates who demonstrate high productivity, safety consciousness, and a "get it done" attitude. You aren''t just driving; you are a critical link in the supply chain for the UK''s leading packaging distributor.

Location: Wolverhampton (WV4)
Pay Rate: -14.00 - -14.50 per hour
Hours: 07:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday (Flexibility required for early finishes/overtime)
Status: Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm

Key Responsibilities

• Stock Management: Efficiently picking, putting away, and organizing stock within the distribution center.

• Loading/Unloading: Safely loading outbound vehicles and processing inbound stock deliveries.

• Warehouse Flow: Ensuring all stock movements are recorded accurately and the warehouse remains organized.

• Flexibility: While standard hours are 07:00-16:00, you must be prepared to stay until the job is done or leave early (at 15:30) if daily targets are met.

Requirements (No Exceptions)

• Licenses: You must hold a valid, in-date Counterbalance forklift license.

• Preferred: A Bendi (Pivot Steer) license is highly advantageous and will put you at the top of the list.

• Experience: Proven experience in a fast-paced distribution or logistics environment.

• Reliability: You must be able to start immediately and commit to a Monday-Friday schedule.

• Documentation: A current, up-to-date CV is required for client submission.
