Forklift Operative

Streamline Recruitment are working with a fast-growing pallet repair company in Thurrock who are expanding their operations and team. We are looking for a reliable Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join their yard operations team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, ideal for someone who enjoys working actively and supporting a dynamic team. Key responsibilities: Safely operating a counterbalance forklift to offload pallets into the yard and load pallets ready for delivery. Ensuring pallets are stored correctly and safely within the yard. Supporting the yard operations team with pallets that require attention or repair. Checking the quality of pallets on arrival and before delivery. Collecting and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared for the office. Requirements: Valid counterbalance forklift license. Experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or yard environment. Ability to work as part of a team and independently. Flexible, reliable, and safety-conscious.
