Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose faults and performance issues in forklifts/material handling equipment using modern diagnostic tools
• Conduct preventative maintenance and servicing
• Repair or replace faulty components and restore functionality
• Maintain accurate service logs and inspection records
• Advise customers on safe use and upkeep of equipment
• Collaborate with the wider service team to maintain high standards
• Follow health and safety protocols while representing the company professionally

• Experience working with forklifts or similar equipment in workshop or field environments
• Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
• Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent hands-on ability
• Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

• Capable of working independently and with a team
• A full UK driving licence is essential
