Forklift Driver/Warehouse Operative

Role Overview:Permanent and Fixed Term AvailableWynnstay Group is seeking a reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to support the efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution activities at Astley.Reporting to the Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Supervisor, you will carry out a variety of warehouse duties, including picking orders for distribution to Wynnstay stores, receiving and storing incoming goods, loading and unloading vehicles, supporting stock control activities and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation.You will play an important role in ensuring orders are picked accurately, safely and within the required timescales.You will also operate Forklift Trucks as required, ensuring all goods are handled, stored and transported in accordance with site procedures and health and safety standards.The role requires a proactive and organised individual who can work effectively as part of a team while also using their own initiative.
