FORKLIFT DRIVER / WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Job title: Forklift Driver / Warehouse OperativeWe are recruiting an experienced Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse team. This is a hands-on role for someone with a valid counterbalance licence who takes pride in safe, accurate and efficient work.Key responsibilities:Operate counterbalance forklift to load, unload and move goods safelyReceive, check and stow incoming deliveriesPicking, packing and preparing orders for dispatchCarry out stock rotations and basic inventory checksMaintain accurate records using handheld scanners / warehouse systemsKeep the warehouse clean, organised and comply with health and safety proceduresAssist with ad-hoc warehouse tasks as requiredSkills and experience required:Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferredGood attention to detail and basic numeracyAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamPhysically fit and able to manually handle loads (typically up to 25kg)Reliable, punctual and flexible with working hoursHours and package:Full-time role; day shift with some flexibility required (occasional overtime possible)Competitive hourly rate paid weeklyTemporary-to-permanent opportunities available for the right candidateTraining and PPE provided; pension and other standard benefitsHow to apply:Please submit your CV outlining your counterbalance licence and relevant experience.
