Job Title: Forklift Driver/Warehouse OperativeLocation: High WycombeContract Details: Temp To PermSalary: 14.43 per hour Benefits and Perks:Opportunity for permanent employmentFull-time working pattern5.45am - 2pm and 1:45PM to 10PM (weekly rotating shift pattern)This role is Monday to FridayDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): COSHH trainingExperience in food handling, hygiene, and HACCPFamiliarity with safety practises in a food factory environmentPossession of pivot OR counterbalance licences essential Responsibilities: Adhere to health and safety proceduresOperate counter balance and pivot fork lift trucks for goods movementsCommunicate effectively with team membersEnsure correct despatch and booking in of finished products and raw materials respectivelyMaintain cleanliness and tidiness of the warehouse and surrounding areasUphold site standards, quality procedures, and operational processesDrive continuous improvement in site standardsPerform any assigned duties contributing to the success of projects, individuals, and the companyEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): Proficient in written and spoken EnglishReliable, trustworthy, and self-motivatedAbility to lift and move weights up to 25kgs and stand for the entire shiftExcellent communication skillsFlexible team playerStrong time management and organisational abilitiesAttention to detail and accuracyWillingness to learn and embrace new challengesSelf-driven and capable of ..... full job details .....
