The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Forklift Counterbalance/Production Operatives for an ongoing opportunity starting in the Tangmere, Chichester area. This is an exciting opportunity for those seeking a immediate new and full time role.

Due to location of the role, candidates must have their own transport unless they live locally. This is a seasonal role finishing around October 2026 with possibility of a permanent contract.

Responsibilities:

• Forklift Counterbalance Operating
• Pack carts and trolleys to the required standard
• Ensure production schedules are met
• Unloading tots into hoppers
• Adhere to clean as you go standard

Skills and Knowledge:

• Team player
• A can do, positive working attitude
• Reliability and Flexibility

Working hours:

3 days on, 3 days off operating shift across a 7 day working week, 6am to 7pm

Pay:

-13.50 per hour paid on a weekly basis
