Forklift Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy manufacturing site based in Eye, Suffolk.The successful candidate will be responsible for safely moving glass jars, materials and finished products around the site, ensuring goods are handled carefully and stored correctly.Working Hours and PayMonday to Friday, 07 00 £13.50 per hourKey Responsibilities Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently around the siteLoad and unload deliveries, taking care to avoid damage or breakageMove glass jars and materials between production, storage and dispatch areasTransport finished goods to designated storage locationsStack and store products safely and correctlyCarry out daily forklift and equipment checksReport any faults, damage or safety issuesFollow all site health and safety procedures, particularly when handling glass productsMaintain a clean, tidy and safe working environmentWork effectively as part of the wider warehouse and production team Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift licencePrevious experience operating a Counterbalance ForkliftPrevious warehouse, manufacturing or production experience is desirableGood understanding of health and safety proceduresCareful and responsible approach to handling fragile productsGood attention to detailReliable, punctual and hardworkingAbility to work independently and as part of a team Interested in this opportunity?
