Job Title: Housing Site Forklift Driver (Telehandler)
Location: Braunton
Duration: Long term ongoing

We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Site Forklift Driver to join a busy residential development in Totnes. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a telehandler/forklift, moving materials around site, and supporting trades to ensure the project runs efficiently.

• Operating a telehandler/forklift safely and efficiently on a busy housing development.
• Loading, unloading, and distributing materials across site.
• Assisting site management with deliveries and material storage.
• Supporting trades with the movement of materials as required.
• Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures on site.
• Assisting with general site duties when not operating the machine.

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler/Forklift ticket.
• Previous experience working on residential housing sites.
• Good understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Full PPE required.
