Paying £12.71 per hour initially, rising to £12.90 upon permanent placement, this role combines 60% warehouse duties with 40% forklift operation. Temporary hours run Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 17:00, and Friday to 15:30, with rotating shifts commencing after permanent employment is secured.

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable company in Banbury for an experienced Forklift Driver with an external Reach licence. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability.
Working Hours:

Temporary period:
Monday to Thursday: 08:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 08:30am – 3:30pm
Permanent contract:
Transition to rotating shift patterns

Role Overview:
This is a varied position combining both warehouse and forklift responsibilities:

60% Warehouse Duties, including:
- Picking and packing orders accurately
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Assisting with goods-in and dispatch processes
40% Forklift Duties (Reach Truck), including:
- Operating a Reach forklift safely and efficiently
- Moving stock within the warehouse and racking systems
- Loading/unloading deliveries
- Ensuring goods are stored correctly and securely
- Conducting basic equipment checks

Requirements:

Valid external Reach Truck licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
