Location: Clacton-on-Sea
Pay: -13.59 per hour
Job Type: Temporary - 2 Months
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Forklift Driver to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a hands-on role within a logistics distribution and supply chain environment, supporting the movement and distribution of goods to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.

Key Duties:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift to move, load, and unload goods safely
• Assisting with the preparation and dispatch of customer orders
• Ensuring stock is stored correctly and handled with care
• Carrying out accurate checks on products, packaging, and order details
• Supporting other departments where required to maintain smooth operations
• Following all health & safety procedures and site regulations
• General warehouse duties including housekeeping and organisation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Valid counterbalance forklift licence (essential)
• Previous experience working as a Forklift Driver in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
• Positive attitude with a proactive and team-focused approach
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks

This role would suit a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver looking for immediate work within a well-structured and supportive team.
