Forklift Driver

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Supplier in Halstead, who are looking for an experienced Forklift driver to join their busy team. This is a long-term temp to perm opportunity for someone with a current Forklift ticket who is comfortable working in a heavy industrial environment. Forklift Driver:Operating a Forklift safely and efficiently around the yard and WarehouseLoading and unloading materials and productsMoving stock and materials between the yard, storage areas Safely positioning and stacking materialsGeneral yard duties including keeping work areas clean, tidy and organisedLoading and preparing materials for dispatchAssisting with the movement and handling of heavy materialsManual handling and heavy lifting as requiredPicker orders Requirements:Current and valid Forklift licencePrevious experience operating a forklift Full UK driving licence is requiredComfortable with heavy lifting and manual workGood understanding of workplace health and safetyReliable, hardworking and able to work as part of a teamWilling to get involved with general yard duties when not operating the FLT Pay and hours 13.50Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pmTemp to Perm This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business with the potential to become permanent following a successful temporary period. ..... full job details .....
