Counterbalance Forklift Driver Location: Witham Pay: £14.00 per hour Hours: Monday to Friday - weekly rotating shifts 07:00 - 15:00 15:00 - 23:00 Contract: Temp to Perm We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a well-established manufacturing business based in Witham. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability, training, and the potential to secure a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Daily operation of a counterbalance forklift Loading and unloading lorries Carrying out moisture checks on products Operating filling machinery to load 1-tonne bags Moving finished goods into the warehouse Supporting general production and housekeeping tasks as required The Ideal Forklift Driver Candidate: Holds a valid, in-date Counterbalance Forklift licence Has previous experience within manufacturing and production, logistics distribution and supply chain environments Lives locally to Witham or has reliable transport Demonstrates a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new processes Is seeking a long-term role with temp-to-perm progression What''s on Offer: Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Stable Monday to Friday working pattern Ongoing training and development If you have counterbalance forklift experience and are looking for a secure, long-term opportunity within manufacturing, we would like to hear from you.
