Job Title: Forklift Driver Location: Basildon, Essex Pay: 13.84 per hour Contract: Temporary Hours: Monday to Friday, rotating shiftsWe are currently recruiting a Forklift Driver to join a growing Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain operation in Basildon, Essex. This is a temporary opportunity with long-term potential, within a business that is actively expanding and investing in its workforce.Please note: A full UK driving licence is required, as this role involves operating forklifts on public roads.Key Responsibilities:Operating a counterbalance forklift to load and unload vehiclesPicking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatchCompleting relevant paperwork and system checksSupporting general warehouse duties and maintaining housekeeping standardsCarrying out manual handling tasks as requiredRequirements:Valid Counterbalance Forklift LicenceFull, clean UK Driving LicenceMinimum of 2 years'' forklift experience, with previous warehouse experiencePhysically fit and comfortable in a hands-on roleAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamHours and Pay: 13.84 per hour37.5 hours per weekRotating shifts: 06:00 - 14:3009:00 - 17:3011:30 - 20:00If you are interested in this Forklift Driver opportunity, please apply with your most recent CV.
