We re looking for a qualified Forklift Driver to join a well-established business in Leiston.Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent following a successful 3-month trial periodWe re currently looking for a Forklift Driver to join a well-established local business in Leiston, known for looking after its staff and offering real stability.You ll need a valid Counterbalance forklift licence and a full UK C1 driving licence, as the role includes collecting parts from local suppliers in company vehicles. Previous warehouse or stores experience is preferred, but we re mostly looking for someone reliable, proactive and good with the details.Forklift Driver duties: - Operating a Counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficientlyProcessing goods inwards and outwardsPicking and packing parts accuratelyMaintaining stock accuracy and inventory recordsLoading and unloading deliveriesTransporting materials around the warehouse and siteCollecting parts and materials from local suppliers using company vehiclesCarrying out regular stock checks and supporting stores operations What we re looking for: - Valid Counterbalance forklift licenceFull UK C1 driving licencePrevious warehouse or stores experience preferredStrong attention to detail and good organisational skillsA reliable, proactive approach to work Benefits: - Immediate start availablePermanent position after a successful 3-month trial25 days ..... full job details .....
