We are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving fencing steel, loading and unloading wagons, and keeping materials organised within the yard.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently
- Moving and handling steels and other heavy materials
- Loading and unloading wagons correctly and safely
- Ensuring loads are secure and handled with care
- Following all site health & safety procedures
- Working as part of a busy yard and warehouse team
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area
- Valid and relevant Counterbalance Forklift licence
- Previous experience handling steel, fencing materials or similar heavy goods preferred
- Experience loading and unloading wagons
- Good awareness of workplace health & safety
- Reliable, punctual and able to work Monday to Friday
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
Hours: 06:00–14:30, Monday to Friday
Pay: £13.50 per hour
