FLT Driver – Counterbalance & Reach (Temp to Perm)

We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Driver to join a busy distribution site based locally. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable hours and long-term progression for the right candidate.


Key Responsibilities

• Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks to move stock safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Moving heavy goods around the warehouse and production areas
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required
• Maintaining health & safety standards at all times

Requirements

• In-date, accredited Counterbalance and Reach FLT licences (essential)
• Previous warehouse or FLT experience
• Physically fit – some items can weigh up to 50kg
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
