Job Title: Forklift Driver (FLT)
Location: Halesowen
Pay Rate: £12.70 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Forklift Driver to join our team in Halesowen. This role involves operating a forklift truck, general packing duties, and preparing goods for dispatch. A valid FLT license is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a forklift truck safely and efficiently (some FLT work required)
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Read and interpret job sheets and dispatch notes accurately
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements:

- Valid FLT license (Counterbalance)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or dispatch environment
- Ability to read and understand job descriptions and dispatch paperwork
- Good attention to detail and time management
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
