Forklift DriverLocation: DunstableStart Date: ImmediatePay Rate: £13.50 £14.50 per hourWe are looking for a reliable and hands on semi skilled operative to support goods handling, forklift operations and general workshop activities. This is a mixed role involving goods in/out, loading and unloading large or awkward items, and assisting with fabrication and housekeeping tasks.Key Responsibilities for this Forklift Driver role:Loading and unloading goods, including large and awkwardly shaped materialsOperating a forklift truck on a daily basisMoving materials to and from storage bays and work areasSupplying materials to saws and fabrication areas as requiredSupporting goods in and goods out processesMaintaining good housekeeping standards across the siteProviding general assistance to the fabrication teamWorking safely and following all health and safety proceduresSkills and Experience Required for this Forklift Driver role:Previous forklift driving experience essentialConfident and competent forklift operatorExperience handling large, heavy or irregular loadsMulti directional forklift licence desirable but not essential - Training will be provided if requiredPractical, hands on approach with good team attitudeAbility to work independently and follow instructionsStrong awareness of health and safety in a workshop or warehouse environmentWhat s on Offer:Permanent role with immediate start availableHourly rate of £13.50 £14.50, depending on experienceFull training on ..... full job details .....
