Our client, a leading plastics manufacturing company based in Fareham, is seeking a Forklift Operative, Counterbalance to join their busy production team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, well-established company with a strong reputation in the plastics industry.Responsibilities: Safely operate a counterbalance forklift within the production environment.Load, unload, and move materials as required to support manufacturing processes.Maintain accurate records of stock movements.Always ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Shifts:Monday to Thursday, mixed day and night shifts (06 00 rotation).Pay:£13.00 £13.50 per hour, depending on experience.Requirements: Valid counterbalance forklift licence.Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.Flexible and reliable with the ability to work mixed shifts.
