Forklift Driver

Forklift Driver - Just Temps is currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver / Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturer on the outskirts of Ipswich in Hadleigh, Suffolk.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within manufacturing. The role will initially be a temporary position for up to 12 weeks and for the right candidate will go permanent!

You’ll be working within the production area, supporting daily operations with efficient and accurate forklift driving. Working hours for this role will be Monday – Friday, 3pm – 11pm, 37.5 hours a week and the starting pay rate is £14.00 per hour.

Key Duties:

• Operating a Counterbalance forklift safely
• Palletising, moving pallets, pallet wrapping
• General production area duties as needed

Requirements:

• Valid, accredited Counterbalance forklift licence
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks when required
• Immediately available or available to start at short notice
• Must hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle – this is essential
