Forklift Driver / Dispatch Operative

£13.50 per hour | Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 | Southend-on-Sea

We''re recruiting a Forklift Driver for our client''s busy Dispatch team in Southend-on-Sea. This is a mixed role — not just forklift driving — you''ll also be palletising and supporting general dispatch duties.

Requirements:

• Valid in-date Counterbalance Forklift Licence — essential
• Minimum 1 year''s recent forklift experience — essential
• Comfortable with manual handling and a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

What you''ll be doing:

• Loading/unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance forklift
• Palletising and labelling goods for dispatch
• Assisting with stock movement and order preparation
• Working to daily dispatch deadlines

What''s on offer:

• £13.50 per hour, weekly pay
• Monday to Friday only — no weekends
