Location: Marden, Kent
Salary: £26,492.28 per annum
Hours: Full-time
Shifts: Option of either

• 6:30 am – 3:30 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 6:30 am – 11:30 am (Friday)
• 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (Monday to Thursday) and 7:30 am – 12:30 pm (Friday)

We are currently recruiting for a Forklift Driver to join a busy and supportive warehouse team. This is a physically active role that combines forklift operation with general stores duties, making it ideal for someone who is fit, reliable, and enjoys hands-on work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move goods and materials.
• Assist with loading and unloading deliveries.
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, and moving boxes.
• Support general stores operations, including stock organisation and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift licence and experience operating forklifts.
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
