Forklift Driver

Connect Appointments is recruiting a Forklift Driver to join an established logistics and transportation business based in Grangemouth.

Our client operates a busy warehouse facility in Grangemouth, offering a four-day working week with three-day weekends as standard and a pay rate that increases significantly after just three weeks.

What''s on offer?

• Temporary position with the opportunity for permanent employment
• -12.88 per hour, rising to -14.95 after just 3 weeks
• Monday to Thursday, 7am to 5pm

As a Forklift Driver, your duties will include:

• Manoeuvring forklifts safely within a busy industrial environment
• Stacking and relocating goods to designated storage areas
• Unloading deliveries and moving stock to loading areas for transport
• Ensuring forklift operating areas are free from obstructions and hazards
• Carrying out regular equipment checks for faults or damage

To be considered as a Forklift Driver, you will need:

• A valid Counterbalance forklift licence
• Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing or similar environment
• Good spatial awareness and attention to detail
• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements
