Forklift Driver

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our client''s busy operation in Ayr. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and safety-conscious individual looking for long-term work, with an immediate start available and work secured through to March 2027.The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe movement, loading and unloading of materials, ensuring goods are stored correctly and supporting wider warehouse and operational activities as required.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficientlyLoading and unloading vehiclesMoving stock and materials throughout the siteStacking and storing goods in designated locationsCarrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting defectsMaintaining a clean, safe and organised working environmentAssisting with general warehouse duties when requiredAdhering to all site health and safety proceduresRequirementsValid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)Previous experience operating a forklift truck within a warehouse, manufacturing or industrial environmentStrong awareness of health and safety proceduresAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication skillsReliable and punctual with a strong work ethicWhat''s on OfferImmediate startLong-term contract until March 2027 13.50 per hourOvertime opportunities:Saturday paid at Time and a HalfSunday paid at Double TimeMonday to Friday working ..... full job details .....
