About the Role
As a Forklift Counterbalance/Reach Driver in Ledbury, you will join a busy warehouse team on a temporary full-time contract lasting 6-8 weeks. Working Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm, you will receive £12.82 per hour. Your key responsibilities include operating a Counterbalance or Reach FLT safely, receiving and checking supplier deliveries, picking and packing customer orders for dispatch, and supporting stock control through inventory checks and stock counts. You will also replenish production areas, maximise warehouse space, and ensure stock is clearly identified and stored correctly. A valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence is essential for this role.

⚠️ A valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a Counterbalance or Reach FLT safely and efficiently
Receiving, checking and storing supplier deliveries
Picking, packing and loading customer orders for dispatch
Supporting stock control activities, including inventory checks and stock counts
Replenishing production areas and maximising warehouse space
Ensuring stock is clearly identified and stored correctly
Maintaining high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse and yard
Complying with all Health & Safety and quality procedures
Skills & Experience
Valid Counterbalance or Reach FLT licence (essential)
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Experience using warehouse systems, ERP software and barcode scanners
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kanban or 5S would be advantageous
