Counterbalance Forklift Driver (Nights) Wolverhampton £15.12 per hour Monday to Friday, 8:00pm - 5:30am Full Time, Ongoing PositionWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy pallet network operation in Wolverhampton. This is a fast-paced, time-critical environment where efficiency, accuracy and safety are essential.The successful candidate will have a proven background in pallet distribution and must be confident loading and unloading double deck trailers to strict deadlines.Essential Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.A minimum of 12 months continuous Counterbalance FLT experience within the last year.At least 2 years'' experience loading and unloading double deck trailers.Experience working within a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment.Strong awareness of load security and weight distribution.Excellent understanding of health and safety procedures. Desirable Previous pallet network experience.Experience working in high-volume transport or logistics operations. Main Duties and Responsibilities Complete daily forklift safety checks and associated documentation at the start of each shift.Operate a Counterbalance FLT safely and responsibly at all times.Load and unload trailers within agreed operational timeframes.Ensure correct weight distribution across trailer decks and axles.Stack, move and distribute pallets efficiently while minimising damage.Work safely alongside multiple forklift ..... full job details .....
