The Job People are recruiting a Forklift Counterbalance Driver in Derby, with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

Requirements of an Forklift Counterbalance Driver:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence (minimum 1 year experience)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Own transport required due to site location

Shift & Pay

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating shifts every 2 weeks:AM: 06:00 - 14:18 (-14.00 per hour)
• PM: 15:20 - 23:38 (-15.00 per hour)
• 39-hour paid week
• Temp-to-perm opportunity

Duties of an Forklift Counterbalance Driver

• Collect trade waste across site
• Operate FLT and tug trucks
• Load and unload materials
• Support recycling and dismantling activities
• Work outdoors for most of the shift
• Follow all health & safety procedures
• Provide general operational support
