Forklift Counterbalance Driver

The Job People are looking for Forklift Counterbalance Driver to join a busy logistics company in Magna Park LE17. NIGHT SHIFTS.

The work is long term and can lead to a permanent contract after a qualifying period.

Candidates must have an in-date Counterbalance Licence ideally with recent experience. You will be handling bulky, boxed, electrical household appliances.

You must be prepared to carry out other roles within the warehouse, this role is 60% on the truck and 40% carrying out manual work - physical / heavy lifting is required.

Details of a Forklift Counterbalance Driver based in Lutterworth;

• Sunday to Thursday 22.00 - 06.00
• Overtime available in peak periods
• Must be flexi to support business needs
• Must be able to work full time - long term
• -15.15 per hour
• Ongoing work
• Long term opportunity with training and individual progression throughout.
• FLT Counterbalance Truck required - In date
• Recent experience - 1 year experience is desirable

As a Forklift Counterbalance Driver, you would be required to:

• Have previous experience operating a Counterbalance Truck
• Able to accurately order pick items
• Pack items / label and pallet wrap
• Heavy lifting
• Have a keen eye for detail and be accurate
• Ensure to follow all processes trained.
• Maintaining a safe working environment.

Role of a Forklift Counterbalance Driver

• Be able to work unsupervised where required.
• Adhering to health and safety rules on site.
